How do I erase my FarmVille farm?

Grab your Farmville Minicourse here! Question by rhauiac: How do I erase my FarmVille farm?
I want to delete my FarmVille farm and start over on the same facebook account. Just deleting the app doesn’t work, as the farm is still there once the app is reloaded.

un-install the application but you have to wait like 60 days to start it again
